How we create an AI model in 48 hours: behind the scenes at Trickhouse

Step 1: The briefing

The more precise the briefing, the better the result. We work with a structured briefing form that asks for all relevant information, from the desired posture and the lighting to the background.

Step 2: Choosing the model

Either the client chooses an existing AI model from our portfolio, or we create a new one based on reference photos. For a new model, the process begins with creating the digital character. Depending on complexity, this takes between a few hours and a day.

Step 3: Production

Once the model and the briefing are settled, the actual production begins. We generate the images with state-of-the-art AI technology and refine them in several steps. Lighting, perspective, background and details are optimised until the result matches the briefing.

Step 4: Quality control

Every image goes through a manual quality check. We check whether all details are right, whether the product is shown correctly and whether the overall aesthetic matches the desired look. Mistakes that AI systems occasionally produce, such as wrong fingers or unnatural proportions, are corrected in this step.

Step 5: Post-processing

After quality control, the images are post-processed. Colours are optimised, contrasts adjusted and the overall image brought to the desired look. The result is a professional-looking photo that can be used directly for the online shop, social media or campaigns.

Step 6: Delivery
