Copyright and usage rights
The images, videos and texts on this website come from Trickhouse or were created on our behalf. They may be protected by copyright. Use beyond viewing them on this website, for example copying, reusing, publishing or editing, requires permission.
Publication on this website does not grant a licence. In particular, no Creative Commons licence or comparable open licence applies.
Usage rights in commissioned work
For commissioned productions we agree the scope, duration and territory of use in the project concerned. They depend on the order and can differ between projects.
For digital twins of real people, use is licensed per campaign, term and territory. The person keeps control over every use. More under Digital twins for business.
People and personality rights
The models on this website are digital twins of real people or fully synthetic AI models. Images of people can touch on their personality rights. Use without prior consent is therefore not permitted.
Labelled as AI content
Unless stated otherwise, the images and videos shown were created or edited with generative AI. For productions for clients we take labelling under the EU AI Act into account in the relevant process.
Requesting use or a licence
If you would like to use a motif, write to us through the contact form or at info@trickhouse.net. These details help: the motif or its URL, the purpose, the medium, the planned period and the territory.
We review the request and get back to you with an assessment.

Is there a licence for all content?
No. Usage rights are agreed per project. There is no general licence for the content on this website.
