On-model shots from flat lays
On-model images without a classic shoot. Existing product photos become consistent catalogue motifs with a synthetic AI model.
Starting point and challenge
An online shop photographs new stock as flat lays every week. On-model images only existed for the top sellers, because every shoot required lead time, model booking and a studio.
Solution and approach
A synthetic AI model was set up as the permanent face of the shop. A workflow transfers garments from flat lays onto the model, preserves cut, material and colour, and delivers the images in all shop formats.
