2.3. Upload Material for AI Production
If you provide us with image or video files (e.g. product photos, model references, speaker audio), we process: image data, video data, audio material, file metadata. This material is used exclusively for the fulfillment of the contract and is irrevocably deleted after project completion, unless contractual agreements provide for archiving.
3. Purpose of Data Processing
We process data exclusively for the following purposes: carrying out our AI content production, creating images, videos and AI models, contract fulfillment & communication, optimizing our website, marketing & sending offers (only with consent), security & abuse prevention

We process personal data pursuant to: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – Contract fulfillment, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – Consent, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – Legitimate interest (security, optimization)
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
Data is disclosed exclusively to: hosting providers, payment service providers, AI infrastructure & rendering partners, internal staff & freelancers (project-related). Data is not disclosed to unauthorized third parties and is not used for training AI models unless expressly agreed.
6. Deletion of Data
We delete personal data: as soon as the purpose no longer applies, in accordance with statutory retention obligations, after completion of production (project files), upon the customer's express request pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR
7. User Rights
You have the following rights: access to stored data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion (right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, data portability, objection to advertising or tracking, withdrawal of consent

We protect your data through: SSL encryption, firewalls & access controls, restricted employee access, encrypted storage & backups, special protective measures for customer upload material

Our website uses: technically necessary cookies, analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics – opt-in only), marketing cookies (only with consent). A cookie banner (opt-in) appears on your first visit.
10. AI & Generative Media – Special Provisions
We guarantee that: customer data is not used to train external AI models, generated content is purely digital and based on internal workflows, real people are not reconstructed in an identifiable way without consent, customers receive only the usage rights contractually agreed upon. Trickhouse retains internal production rights unless otherwise contractually agreed.
